Nellie’s Waffles and Ice Cream is owned and operated by husband and wife team Jack and Nellie Hill.  They specialize in waffle and ice cream sandwiches, as well as old fashioned hand dipped ice cream bars.  Nellie and Jack dreamed of owning their own business and explored numerous franchise options before recognizing a void when it came to Delaware carnival and festival fare and, thus, Nellie's Waffles and Ice Cream was born. Nellie and Jack’s passion for their business, educational background, and their customer service, sales, and event logistics experience transfer seamlessly to their role as owner/ operators of Nellie’s Waffles and Ice Cream.
